Undergraduate Degree from West Virginia University – Bachelor of Science in Business.

1989-91 Judicial Clerk with Fifth District Court of Appeals
1991-92 General Practice, Canton, Ohio
1992-Present General Practice, New Philadelphia, Ohio
Admitted to practice in Northern District of Ohio Federal Court and U.S. Appellate Court, Sixth District
Approved for the Rep V Program which allows counsel to have video equipment directly hooked into the Office of Hearings and Appeals for Social Security Hearings so you don’t have to travel to Cleveland, Pittsburgh or Columbus.

PERSONAL
Married in 1987 to my law school sweetheart – Elizabeth Lehigh.
Elizabeth graduated from law school and came back to New Philadelphia to practice law with her father, Dan Lehigh.
1998 my wife was elected to the Common Pleas Court Bench where she has been ever since.
In August of 2005 – I bought the building where my practice is currently located. I have four (4) children, ages: 18, 16, 12 and 9.
